I was dismayed this week to discover that one of my favorite bloggers, HocusPocus13, a.k.a. “Jinx” has left the building.

Jinx was a voracious blogger and re-blogger. In addition to her own really cool and unique posts, she also scoured WordPress for the best of the best. Jinx often put up as many as 20-30 posts a day, all containing a bit of magic. Her motto was “path to a more productive life.” Her wise words were full of sound advice, scintillating spells, yummy recipes, beauty and creativity.

Over the past few days, I noticed there had been nothing posted by HocusPocus13 in my feed. This was unusual. Perhaps she was slowing down the pace? Maybe she was on vacation, or had taken a brief hiatus? (After all, blogging can be hard work!)

Upon further investigation, and much to my dismay, I found out that her site had been deleted…

Today was a bit different than the others. I woke up in a total panic worried about my children and oddly a dog that we had growing up that I positively despised.

I don’t know why I was worried about the dog The human mind is layered and my layers are layered with layers.

Waking up startled is never really the greatest way to start a day. However I could have been startled awake by a gun or someone in uniform announcing marshal law was here and I was on the list of trouble makers to be rounded up and executed on the public square ( that’s how I’ve died my last 3 deaths. It’s getting a tad annoying)

I didn’t spend more than ten minutes on social media or online period today I just felt the energy and watched out my window watching all the people who were breaking…

The flavor of this New Moon in Aries on 3/24 is ambition. I know that with the current global events, and unknown future challenges, we are all adapting to a changing daily life. It is confusing, scary, and unknown to many of us. This New Moon could not have came at a better time. It is giving us self determination, hope, & allowing new beginnings. Enabling us to nurture ourselves and aggressively fight back against the uncertainties we are facing. Our ambitions will be gained by quiet introspection, & bravely going after what we want. This Moon will put some fire in our projects, work, and lifestyle. Giving us hope for our future plans. It will allow us to call in new energy, work on self care, and asking us to be aggressive towards the things we want. So let’s talk about this Aries New Moon.
