What a Weekend we have approaching with three big Astrological alignments taking place on Sunday!

1. Mars, in his retrograde motion, will oppose the Sun moving us to the next stage of the Mars Retrograde cycle.
2. Mercury (planet of communication) will turn direct just over 2 hours later
3. and…We have a Full Moon exacting in the morning.

Remember that Full Moons tend to illuminate and bring up those emotions and/or pain points that are requiring our attention so as we get further into the week you may wish to be prepared and tuned in to what is arising for you.

Depicting the human body has both amazed and inspired me since my teens when I had the opportunity to freely draw at a local college with a nude model. I didn’t have any lessons in this type of drawing at the time, but the practice helped me to make a representation of the image I saw before me. Then, when in college undergrad, I took a drawing class that had a 3-day drawing nude model exercise, the other activities were still-life, etc.

In essence, it’s been years since I’ve attempted anything like this. I doubt that I can “pick up where I left off.” By the same token, I am surprised that I was able to do this at all, and with very little training. What really mattered to me was the state of mind that drawing put me in. It was so comfortably silent. I have to wonder if my openness…

Balance seeking Moon in Libra steps right into a T square with rebel Uranus in pioneering Aires and death and rebirth Pluto in enterprising Capricorn today. We also still have the T square with expansive Jupiter in super organized Virgo, disciplinarian Saturn in wandering sage Sagittarius, and dreamy Neptune in the ocean of Pisces.
T square patterns can be challenging energy that push us, pull us, and make us feel boxed in simultaneously. These are juicy patterns that WILL result in getting off the couch and taking action. The first T square above, the one involving the moon, wants change (Uranus), while the second T square wants us to get it right so that we can grow in the right direction.

Saturn, Mars, Pluto and Mercury are still retrograde, but we are beginning to feel the friction of Jupiter’s expanding forward motion as a result of that planet moving direct…

When Neptune’s ability to see that which cannot be seen, and is sometimes impossible to even imagine, meets with the awe-inspiring trans-formative power of Pluto, all bets are off. Give it a chance, it’s saying, believe in the unbelievable, break with the past, you CAN do it.

This aspect invites you to go into your dream, and create it for real. You may have to destroy the old in the the process, but this is saying, it’s an opportunity to let go.

Building the best dream out of the ashes of that which has been destroyed is the possibility promised by Neptune and Pluto together.
