On 13 September 2015, at 06:41UT, there will be a partial solar eclipse. The eclipse will be visible in South Africa, Atlantic and Indian Ocean and Antarctica. The map below shows the visibility of the eclipse:
The astrological chart, cast for London, also shows the event:
Before we will discuss any possible effects on the individual, we should have a look at the mundane astrological implications of this eclipse. To be able to do this, we need to establish where the eclipse is likely to have its greatest effect. For this purpose we need to look at the countries or cities falling under the rulership of Virgo the sign wherein the conjunction between Sun and Moon takes place. We also have to take into consideration that the eclipse’s visibility will greatly enhance its effect.
Looking through traditional source material, we find that Greece with emphasis on Athens, Switzerland with emphasis on Basil…

How have you all been feeling with Saturn still at that 28th degree of Scorpio?
According to the Astrology symbols of John Sandbach, this degree means
“Through a doorway, nothing but empty, blue sky in all directions. (Omega Symbol) Transforming/Responsible.
Degree Angel: MELAHEL (MAY-la-HEL) Sharing the Flame, Healing Capacity. This degree also relates to umbilical cords which are meant to be severed, along with karmic cords as well. Scorpio is about birth/death/transformation and is always obsessive, intense, fixed, sexual, secretive and controlling. Shields up!
Moon enters Scorpio today until the 22nd which always intensifies the emotional channels.

Mercury in Virgo, its home sign, is very busy today opposing Chiron in Pisces and inconjunct or quincunx to Uranus
It may be a very frustrating day attempting to communicate new ideas, trying to fix things, or change anyone’s mind to seeing things in a new way.

Hero Marine Becomes the Victim of A Corrupt Government – Ours
August 20, 2015 at 1:12 pm | Posted in Astrology | Comments Off on Hero Marine Becomes the Victim of A Corrupt Government – OursJason Brezler, a New York City Firefighter, was a Marine Reservist who was dismissed from the Corps in what appears to be a case motivated by revenge and steeped in cover ups. Brezler is a decorated Marine officer who has deployed four times and he is a hero.
Brezler’s crime was emailing a classified document to U.S. military officials in Afghanistan after they requested the document.
Mr. Brezler’s email preceded the murder of three Marines. He said that the military refused to investigate and make public the events leading up to the deaths of the Marines.
The families of the murdered men said the base was a dangerous place and the military is hiding documents that would expose the situation at the time.
Mr. Brezler has sued to challenged his dismissal. His case is pending in federal court.
It’s ironic when one considers what Hillary Clinton has done while she continues to run…

Soon drones will be able to fly and swim
August 20, 2015 at 1:10 pm | Posted in Astrology | Comments Off on Soon drones will be able to fly and swimFlimmer, Flimmer, King of the Sea (apologies to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=azEOeTX1LqM)
NRL’s concept of Flimmer.
The Navy is putting a lot of stock into unmanned systems, from unmanned aerial vehicles to unmanned undersea vehicles. But what about unmanned aerial undersea vehicles?
They’re working on those, too. The Navy Research Laboratory has begun research on Flimmer, an unmanned system that can operate in the air and underwater. According to NRL, this combined capability is to “significantly improve tactical availability of UUVs in time critical situations”—that is, if it need to get to a spot underwater fast, it can be flown there, launched and then plunge into the deep.
“The Navy’s looking for unique solutions for emplacing sensors for getting data in hard-to-reach locations and Flimmer is just one idea out of many that holds promise,” Dr. Daniel Edwards, principal investigator for the Flimmer project, said in a video produced by NRL. “Birds splash down and swim for fish, so there’s precedent…

Navy tests 3D printed drone: Unmanned aircraft launched from warship could lead to UAVs being created on demand while at sea
August 20, 2015 at 12:56 pm | Posted in Astrology | Comments Off on Navy tests 3D printed drone: Unmanned aircraft launched from warship could lead to UAVs being created on demand while at seaWonder how closely this is tied to Pallas activity (innovation, particularly military innovation).
- Drone was printed out of nylon using lasers in four parts which fit together
- The aircraft, which as a wingspan of 4.9ft, was launched from HMS Mersey
- It flew autonomously for five minutes before being landed on a beach
- The test paves the way for a new generation of UAVs printed on demand
The test raises the possibility of creating cheap drones on board Navy vessels while at sea.
Professor Andy Keane, an engineer at the University of Southampton who developed the technology, said: ‘The key to increased use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) is the simple production of low cost and rugged airframes.
‘We believe our pioneering used of 3D printed nylon has advanced design thinking in the UAV community world-wide.’
3D printed drone launched from warship
August 20, 2015 at 12:55 pm | Posted in Astrology | Comments Off on 3D printed drone launched from warship
A team of engineers from the University of Southampton launched a 3D printed unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) from the bow of a Royal Navy warship in a bid to demonstrate the potential use of lightweight drones at sea.
After being launched from HMS Mersey off the Dorset coast in the south of England, the UAV was flown autonomously on a pre-programmed route for a few before landing on Chesil Beach.
Known as the Southampton University Laser Sintered Aircraft (SULSA), the drone weighed 3kg with a wing-span of nearly 1.5 meters. The airframe was created on a 3D printer using laser sintered nylon, which uses a laser to fuse nylon powder into solid structures. It’s printed in four major parts and can be assembled without the use of any tools.
