Each year, typically once a year, the Sun will make a sextile aspect to Jupiter.  This means they are sixty degrees apart, exactly two signs.  (Some years this happens three times if Jupiter Retrograde becomes involved.)  Generally this is merely a pleasant and benevolent aspect for most people most of the time.

This year, however, a larger window of opportunity opens.  You may have recognized it during the Mystic Rectangle of June 7th (yesterday).  Today you can do something about it.  We urge caution with the Moon waning and Mercury Retrograde, but, even so, you just might be able to do something about it today.  (Be prepared for a few surprises along the way along with the need for a “re-do” or two as well.  But, if it is worth it, then do it.)

This window is built of Kites and Kite-like patterns.  Those are built with Grand Trines, and we present the Sun Sextile Jupiter chart with those patterns highlighted first:

Fire signs (Aries, Leo, Sadge) particularly benefit at this time.  The Venus / Vesta / Saturn (Retrograde) configuration has huge promise but requires huge work and will definitely include the occasional “test” (setback).  “Things” will change when Saturn goes into Scorpio, and the going may get tough.  But, ultimately, this opportunity can be done if you stick with it.  A “traditional” approach is essential.

Fire signs also benefit from the Jupiter / Pallas / Uranus Grand Trine.  This is part of a Kite we will discuss soon.  Not as much work is required, but completely unlike the other opportunity it requires “out of the box” thinking (NOT traditional).  It is a huge project, and it might consume all of your resources.

Note that air signs (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius) can also benefit, but (if you are an air sign) the smart thing to do is to hitch a ride with either the most reliable fire sign you know (Venus / Vesta / Saturn) or the smartest fire sign you know (Jupiter / Pallas / Uranus).

Here is the same chart, but with the Kites emphasized:

Note that, if you consider the Moon’s North Node (hard work), an air sign Kite is present as well.

We could stop here, and that could be enough.  But even more “kite-like” structures are present in the sky.  Although a bit redundant, we present those in the next two versions of the chart:

For at least some (possibly many), the focus of these opportunities are likely found in healing opportunities, as indicated by the Mars / Pallas / Chiron T-Square:

Finally, did we mention the “setback” and the “re-do”?  You will face them if you choose the high road  and take the challenge.  These show in two Huber Learning Triangles:

We present the 5th Harmonic aspects for those who use them (creatives: writers, poets, artists, etc.):

The Moon / Venus BiQuintile especially favors those who work in tangible media such as sculptors.

Here is the 7th Harmonic (Septiles) version:

2015-06-08 Sun Sextile Jupiter (7th Harmonic)

Given the 7th Harmonic aspect between Jupiter (Leo, Direct) and Saturn (0 Sadge, Retrograde), we might see a little shakeup in the financial markets.  (i.e. Stock and Bond prices may become volatile.  Maybe a good time to “short”?)

Be aware that some of the work you do will have to occur after (1) Mercury goes Direct (fraught with its own perils) and (2) we have passed the New Moon.
